We have four sizes: Single (16 m²), Double (32 m²), Triple (48 m²), and a Four-Bay Unit (69 m²). If you’re not sure which is right for you, give us a call and we’ll help you work it out.

Almost anything — furniture, vehicles, business stock, tools and equipment, collectibles, seasonal items, and more. The main exclusions are flammable liquids, hazardous materials, perishables, living animals, and anything illegal. If you’re not sure about a specific item, just ask.

Yes, absolutely. Many of our tenants use their bays as workshops — for trades, hobbies, classic car restoration, small businesses, and more. All bays have power and lighting, so you can get straight to work.

We have CCTV throughout the site, a secure perimeter, and each bay is secured with your own padlock — so only you have access to your space. We take security seriously and have invested properly in it.

Yes. The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You have full access to your bay whenever you need it — day, night, weekends, bank holidays.

No minimum term. All rentals are rolling monthly agreements — you can stay for one month or several years. We just ask for 30 days’ written notice when you want to leave.

We require one month’s rent as a refundable security deposit when you move in. This is returned in full at the end of your tenancy, provided the bay is returned in good order.

We’re at Stour Provost, near Gillingham in North Dorset (SP8 5RY). We’re easy to find and have ample parking and lorry access on site. Detailed directions are on our contact page.

Yes — standard power usage is included in your monthly rental. If you plan to run heavy machinery that draws very high power continuously, let us know and we’ll talk it through.
