Pricing questions

No. All our rentals are rolling monthly agreements — you can stay for one month or five years. We just ask for 30 days’ written notice when you want to leave.
We require one month’s rent as a refundable deposit when you move in. This is held securely and returned in full at the end of your tenancy, provided the bay is returned in good condition.
Yes — standard power usage is included in your monthly rental. If you have unusually high power requirements (for example, running heavy machinery continuously), please talk to us and we’ll work something out.
We accept bank transfer and standing order. Monthly payments are due on the same date each month. We can discuss other arrangements if needed — just ask.
